Seeton is a system integrator with 20 years of experience, offices in Ukraine and Azerbaijan, and long-term partnerships with leading global vendors. We are expanding our operational activities and are looking for an Corporate Assistant who will support the efficiency of the CEO and the leadership team, as well as ensure smooth coordination of office and administrative processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport for the CEO and Leadership Team

  • Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing events.

  • Organizing business trips: logistics, bookings, documentation.

  • Monitoring task execution and supporting cross-departmental workflows.

  • Acting as a point of contact for external partners and key stakeholders.

  • Managing information flow: filtering requests, preparing materials for the CEO.

  • Preparing short analytical notes, meeting summaries, and briefing documents.

Operational and Office Management

  • Ensuring the effective daily operation of the office; coordinating with vendors and service providers.

  • Organizing internal meetings, briefings, and corporate events.

  • Preparing the monthly internal newsletter.

  • Coordinating administrative and operational matters.

Documentation and Communications

  • Preparing business correspondence, presentations, announcements, and supporting documents.

  • Reviewing materials before submission to the CEO; managing the signing and approval process.

  • Translating documents between Ukrainian and English (B2–C1).

  • Maintaining internal documentation and archives.

  • Communicating with departments and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Corporate Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrator.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make decisions within the scope of responsibility.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and basic presentation tools.

  • English level B2–C1 (required).

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.

  • Service-oriented mindset, diplomacy, and tact.

  • Emotional resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to internal security policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with a CEO or C-level executives.

  • Presentation design skills (PowerPoint).

  • Experience in internal communications or editorial work.

  • Background in a technology, IT, or project-driven company.
