HR Partner

Ciklum is looking for a HR Partner to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a HR Partner, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive HR services to managers and teams, including onboarding, motivation and engagement programs, employee care, retention strategies, and talent development initiatives
• Coach managers on people-related matters, providing ongoing HR guidance to enhance workplace relationships, build morale, and improve productivity and retention
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage grievances effectively
• Support and enhance the existing performance evaluation processes
• Collaborate with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and overall business unit
  performance
• Provide tailored individual and team training/coaching as needed
• Lead and advise on the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, processes, and
  business improvement initiatives to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with both local and global HR procedures and policies
• Provide strategic input and personal support in the design and development of HR initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR consulting or internal HR
• Proven experience in a multinational environment with strong cultural intelligence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and their Google Workspace equivalents (Sheets, Slides)
• Passionate about working with people and fostering positive relationships
• Strong customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy
• Proficiency in English, for daily written and verbal communication
