General Description
To an international travel wholesaler based in Israel, Travel Agent/Tour Operator for a full-time remote job in Kiev.
Responsibilities
- 2nd Tier support agent as part of the operation team
- Coordinate multiply Travel services (Flights, Lodging, Transportation etc.)
- Quality control tickets issuance and ticketing matching processes
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
