What You Will Do:
Implement, maintain, and improve key HR practices within the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, and events.
Build and maintain trust-based and partnership relationships with every employee in the company.
Act as a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests.
Participate in HR initiatives and bring them to life.
Assess ideas/projects from the perspective of HR opportunities and risks.
Organize a variety of events.
What We Expect from You:
At least 1 year of experience in HR.
Experience in the IT sector will be a plus.
Proven experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B).
Experience in organizing both offline and online educational and entertainment events.
English: intermediate level is a plus
Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.
Strong empathy skills.
High-level planning and organizational skills.
Business needs orientation.
Good communication, curiosity, and proactivity.
Organizational skills and independence.
