A product-based IT company is looking for an experienced and driven IT recruiter to join the HR team. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles while helping to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Search for and engage candidates through various channels
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best talent fit
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Strong communication skills and intermediate+ English
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities
