Here’s what you can expect from us:
- Our working hours are set from 3 PM to 1 AM on a 5/2 schedule (with office hours from 3 PM to 8 PM, then remote work until 1 AM).

Your Role:
- Communicate with drivers and carriers to ensure that goods are picked up and delivered promptly.
- Monitor shipment progress and update customers as required.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the shipping process.
- Keep accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery status.
- Work with other departments to optimize routing and enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Analytical flexible thinking.
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results.
