Hicell is now looking for an experienced sales manager.
HQ Location: Kyiv, Ukraine.
Candidate location: Ukraine
Work Environment: Remote /hybrid/office (depending on the candidate's location)
Main responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for all assigned customer accounts
Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Ensure effective customer service delivery and satisfaction
Investigate customer complaints, provide feedback and resolution
Create reporting and ensure accuracy of all customer reports
Negotiate fee structure with all customers when necessary.
Responsibility to capture and manage all customer communication via communication tools.
Identify new upsell & cross sell opportunities into existing accounts
Sell quality routes provided from procurement & routing team
Ask and create new sales opportunities in existing accounts
Drive sales account management best practices to create a high performance team
Working closely with the management and product team as well as routing team and finance department
Key requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, in the field of service sales
Fluent in English
Experience in preparing price proposals, negotiating terms & contract management
Demonstrable success in managing accounts
Demonstrable experience in building strong customer relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Hands on experience in sales and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
