Now, we’re looking for an IT Sales Manager—someone who’s ready to connect with clients, grow in IT sales, and close deals. You’ll work with both inbound leads and outbound sales, helping businesses find the right solutions while developing your expertise in the field.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about IT Sales & Business Development and eager to grow.
- Experienced in working with Upwork and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Confident in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced, written & spoken).
- Curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn something new.
- A great communicator—you listen, engage, and build trust with clients.
- Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound sales – engage and convert potential clients who reach out to us.
Hunt for new projects on Upwork that match our expertise.
Write engaging, personalized proposals that win deals.
Provide initial consultations, explaining how we can solve client problems.
Work with the team to present rough estimates and ensure we fit clients' budgets.
Negotiate, upsell, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure smooth communication between the client and our technical team.
