About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst who will not only analyze product performance but also work closely with business processes and anomaly detection. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, tracking anomalies, and optimizing workflows, ensuring smooth operations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance and processes, identifying inefficiencies, user behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and investigate anomalies, tracking deviations caused by seasonal trends, technical issues, or operational changes, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Develop and optimize process models, ensuring efficiency, automation, and alignment with business objectives using BPMN and data-driven insights.
- Build dashboards and reports, visualizing KPIs, SLAs, and product trends in Tableau/Superset to support data-driven decision-making.
What We Expect from You
- 2+ years of experience in product or process analytics.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Superset, Power BI).
- Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling techniques.
- Ability to detect anomalies, analyze trends, and optimize workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or other anomaly tracking systems.
