Strauss Ukraine is a company that ranks among the top 3 leaders in Ukraine
(in the categories of whole bean, ground, and instant coffee -Ambassador, TOTTI, Chorna karta, Fort etc.). We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the current product range and improve it,
- Develop and launch new products from ideas to market,
- Analyze data to find ways to grow sales, profit, and market share,
- Track and improve brand performance,
- Prepare presentations and reports,
- Conduct market research to understand trends and consumer needs,
- Plan and support marketing campaigns,
- Cooperate with external agencies (SMM, creative, research, media),
- Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in junior / brand management, media/creative agency, or trade marketing,
- Understanding of the FMCG market in Ukraine,
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data,
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
- Project management skills and ability to multitask,
- Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian,
- Leadership and proactive attitude,
- Team player with strong communication skills,
- Creative thinker with a practical mindset,
- Passion for marketing and new ideas,
- Interest in coffee and enthusiasm for the industry
