Our client, an international FMCG company, one of the leaders in the field of hygiene and health, is looking for a Junior Brand Manager
Main responsibilities:
Participate in development of brands’ strategy and plans to achieve financial targets
Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, customers’ category needs and changes, competitor’s performance and proactively offer actions addressing issue/opportunities
Lead NDPs launch: product / concept qualification, commercialization of launches, alignment with stakeholders
Lead planning and execution of brand communication campaigns
Closely cooperate with Head Quarter and Local Team (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
Coordinate agencies work to produce high quality marketing materials
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in Marketing)
1+ years of relevant FMCG experience in Marketing (or 2+ as Assistant Brand Manager);
Leadership Skills
Strong analytical skills
Creativity and out of the box thinking
Proactivity and self-sufficiency skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Presentation Skills
Good knowledge of brand marketing and trade marketing basic principles
Good knowledge of the market, consumer and shopper trends
English language – upper intermediate
