Over the past few months, we have successfully hired two Spanish-speaking Partner Account Managers and are now expanding the team further. Join United Tech and help us strengthen partnerships across Latin America, drive sustainable growth, and maximize partner success.

About the Product

Our platform is a global streaming service that connects people through live events, video chats, and real-time interactions. Our mission is to create a fun and safe space where users worldwide can engage with streamers and communities.

We are continuously expanding, with plans to enter new markets in the Arab world and Europe while introducing exciting features to enhance monetization and user engagement. As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping these developments and driving the product toward its ambitious goals.

Our ultimate objective is to become a top 3 product in our niche. We focus on high-quality content, innovative features that boost user retention, and strategic growth. In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage 20+ partners across Latin America, fostering long-term relationships and driving their growth

  • Onboard new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with our goals

  • Conduct regular analytics, providing partners with timely insights and recommendations

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize partner feedback to inform product and support teams

  • Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve partner issues efficiently

  • Keep partners updated on company developments and key changes

  • Stay on top of industry trends and implement market-driven strategies

It’s all about you

  • Spanish – B2+

  • English – B2+

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Results-driven, client-focused approach

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently and structure information effectively

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success

  • Understanding of the Latam market

  • Experience with CRM tools

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
