As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping these developments and driving the product toward its ambitious goals.

In This Role, You Will:
Manage 20+ partners across Latin America, fostering long-term relationships and driving their growth
Onboard new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with our goals
Conduct regular analytics, providing partners with timely insights and recommendations
Gather, analyze, and prioritize partner feedback to inform product and support teams
Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve partner issues efficiently
Keep partners updated on company developments and key changes
Stay on top of industry trends and implement market-driven strategies
It’s all about you
Spanish – B2+
English – B2+
1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Results-driven, client-focused approach
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
Nice to Have:
2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
Understanding of the Latam market
Experience with CRM tools
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
