Required skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ( Intermediate or higher).
Proven experience in financial operations, banking, or a related field (2+ years)
Familiarity with online banking, including international transactions.
Experience with international business operations (foreign economic activity).
proficient in managing financial transactions and experienced with ERP systems, including file uploads and data verification;
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with financial documentation and payment workflows.
Responsibilities
Issuing and preparing invoices for clients. Reconciling rates, banks, and details. Communicating with client accounting in English through letters.
Formation of payment orders at the bank for payment to suppliers of services and goods
Creation and maintenance of financial documents. Planning and maintaining the budget, expenses, and expenditures. Control over the movement of finances.
Reconciliation of invoices of employees and contractors and making payments. Introduction of reporting on additional payments of employees.
Communication with employees on general issues.
Maintenance of one individual entrepreneur (filing declarations, paying taxes)
