Our working hours are set from 3 PM to 1 AM on a 5/2 schedule (with office hours from 3 PM to 9 PM, then remote work until 1 AM).

What We Seek:
English level from B1+
Flexible and analytical thinking skills.
Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong time management abilities.
Your Role: Develop and maintain pricing in the operational system to cater to the needs of both internal and external clients.
Coordinate with ocean carriers, ports, trucking companies, and overseas agents to ensure cargo is released and delivered without delays.
Address requests within the required timeframes.
Research different transport options with shipping and trucking companies, working to negotiate the best rates for clients.
Engage in traffic rate negotiations.
Monitor and refresh rates in the operational system regularly.
Serve as the main contact for overseas agents and suppliers.
Perform data entry accurately and on time.
