We are currently looking for: Independent Agent with own Book of Business (commission only %)

Requirements:
- Work experience of at least 1 year as a Freight Broker
- Must be Book of Business — Your own customers that you will be working with
- Spoken English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Personal computer for remote work
- Fast internet connection
- Customer-oriented mindset, ability to care about clients and provide high-quality service according to company standards
- Strong motivation to work productively, earn more, and achieve goals
- Self-discipline and responsibility for your results
- Ability to resolve disputes and find optimal solutions
Responsibilities:
- Full organization and coordination of freight movement
- Communication with customers and drivers in English (verbal and written)
- Servicing current clients according to company standards and searching for new ones
- Always staying in touch and responding promptly to all calls and emails
