We’re a motivated team building hyper-realistic avatars that move, talk, and interact like real people. Think digital humans that don’t feel robotic. We’re mixing machine learning, computer vision, and a bit of magic to get there — and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to work on our projects.
What you’ll do:
- Train and fine-tune models for facial expressions, lip sync, and natural movement.
- Build ML pipelines that turn raw data into responsive, lifelike avatars.
- Research and prototype generative models that push realism further.
- Optimize models for speed and performance without sacrificing quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid background in machine learning and deep learning (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid grasp of computer vision and generative models (GANs, diffusion models, etc.).
- Bonus if you’ve worked with real-time rendering or game engines (Unity, Unreal).
- You’re practical, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
Nice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers):
- Experience working with 3D data, motion, or anything avatar-adjacent.
- NLP or voice synthesis experience.
- Knowledge of rendering pipelines or avatar systems.
