HR Director

As the HR Director, you will oversee strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring the company continues to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering an exceptional employee experience.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

1. HR Business Partnership:

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide strategic counsel to managers on talent management, organizational development, and team dynamics.

2. HR Operations:

• Oversee all HR administrative functions, including policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure smooth compensation & benefits and employee lifecycle management processes.

3. Employer Brand:

• Develop and execute initiatives to position appflame as an employer of choice.
• Lead internal and external employer branding campaigns to attract and retain top-tier talent.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects & Military Support:

• Planned and implemented CSR initiatives that positively impacted the community and aligned with company values.
• Coordinate support activities for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military initiatives.

5. Event Management:

• Organize corporate events to strengthen the company’s culture and team cohesion.
• Supervise the planning of team-building activities and celebrations.

6. Office Management:

• Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain a comfortable, productive, and inspiring workspace.
  

From you:

1. Experience:

• At least 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing diverse HR functions, including business partnership, operations, and branding.

2. Expertise:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and labor law in Ukraine.
• Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams.

3. Soft Skills:

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Language:

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and verbal).
