Requirements:
- Full maintenance of accounting records
- Chief accountant experience over 2 years will be an advantage
- Knowledge of software product QuickBooks Online will be an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- AR/AP and inventory management supervision
- Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation
- Conversational English
- Conducting negotiations and business correspondence with residents
Responsibilities:
- Accounting provision in QuickBooks Online
- Management of all financial and accounting operations
- Period closing procedures control (month-end, year-end close process)
- Reports preparation and submission
- Participation in auditing process
