About the Role:
Responsible for processing incoming invoices in the Haleon ERP system, managing both PO and Non-PO invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Your Day to Day:
- Save and post invoices in the ERP system.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts.
- Address discrepancies (taxes, pricing, freight, quantities).
- Prepare and post invoices for payment.
- Manage PO and Non-PO invoices, including credit notes.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams.
- Generate reports on invoice processing.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Execute payments and troubleshoot payment issues.
- Maintain organized records for audit and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ year experience in accounts payable or finance.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP a plus).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and accurate.
- Agile, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Team player, based in or near Kyiv, able to commute as required.
