At CRMOZ, we are an official partner of Zoho Corp. with over 10 years of experience in delivering exceptional IT services, including Zoho software implementation, integration, and ongoing support. Our clients span across various industries worldwide, and our focus is on providing tailored, high-quality solutions to meet their unique business needs. We are now looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team and focus on managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients.

Who You Are:
We are seeking an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented Account Manager who excels in maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating smooth project delivery. You should have experience managing existing accounts and a strong understanding of the importance of customer success, as well as the ability to manage ongoing client projects and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with CRMOZ’s services and solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Consultation and Support: Provide ongoing consultations to clients, helping them optimize their Zoho solutions and other IT systems based on their evolving business needs.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional CRMOZ services and products to existing clients, expanding our service offerings within their business.
  • Ongoing Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, potential issues, and new opportunities, ensuring constant communication and client engagement.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback on the services provided and work closely with the technical team to implement improvements based on client needs and feedback.
  • Contract Renewals and Support Packages: Manage contract renewals and support package offerings, ensuring that clients have the appropriate level of support for their business.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring that clients receive the support they need and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in account management, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry, with a strong focus on client success.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Relationship-building skills: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to stay organized, manage multiple client accounts, and ensure timely responses to client needs.
  • Ability to manage client expectations: You understand how to balance client expectations with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Problem-solving skills: A proactive approach to solving client problems and ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
