We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Support Manager with knowledge of the Turkish language to join our team in the IGaming niche.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the admin panel: checking and processing client requests, managing user accounts.
- Consulting clients via chat and email.
- Resolving technical and financial issues (verification, etc.).
- Escalating complex issues to the technical or financial department.
- Keeping records of client inquiries and interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Turkish language (mandatory).
- Experience in customer support within the IGaming industry.
- Ability to quickly navigate the admin panel.
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and responsibility.
