Our working hours are set from 3 PM to 1 AM on a 5/2 schedule (with office hours from 3 PM to 8 PM, then remote work until 1 AM).

Your Role:
Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the shipping process.
Work with other departments to optimize routing and enhance efficiency.
Making calls, shooting off emails, investigating, writing reports, and having meetings,
Managing the paperwork.
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
Analytical flexible thinking.
Ability to effectively multitask.
Proficient time management skills.
