Project Manager China (Relocation to Warsaw)
An international manufacturing company renowned for its children's mobility products in over 40 countries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects from design to mass production (e.g., strollers, scooters). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, experience working with Chinese factories, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. The role involves frequent travel to China to collaborate with our existing manufacturing partners and identify potential new ones.
Chinese language proficiency is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee product design and manufacturing.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Effectively manage risks and issues.
Frequent travel to China to visit manufacturing facilities and resolve any challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1
