Our client is a miltech company with its own established and competitive product. The company is looking for a strategic leader who can take the organization to the next level and strengthen its position in the defense technology market.
We are searching for a CEO who will act as the main strategic leader of the company. The ideal candidate will define the company’s long-term vision, build a strong management structure, support product development, and lead the organization through its next stage of growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Strengthen the company’s market position and business potential.
Operational Management
Improve and optimize internal processes.
Ensure effective cooperation between departments and operational stability.
Build a transparent and efficient management system.
Product and Technology Development
Support the development of current products and evaluate new technological directions.
Ensure high product quality and alignment with industry standards.
Partnerships & Market Development
Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events and professional meetings.
Support market expansion and development of new business opportunities.
Team Leadership
Build a strong leadership team.
Create a culture of responsibility, trust, and high performance.
Support the professional development of key team members.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, Head of Operations, or similar).
Experience in miltech, high-tech, or other technology-based industries.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing business growth or organizational transformation is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
