Join a stable hosting platform project! We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-tier assistance to customers.
Shift:
Mon-Fr 15.30-00.00
Location: Ukraine | Remote
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong troubleshooting & critical thinking skills
- Upper-Intermediate English (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS
- Familiarity with Linux commands & basic Windows environment
- Customer-focused with great attention to detail
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer requests efficiently
- Troubleshoot web, email, and platform issues
- Provide Tier 1 support and escalate when needed
- Set up email accounts and resolve login/access issues
- Document FAQs and internal guides
