Plant HR Manager Chisinau (Moldova)
Vetropack is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of packaging glass is looking for Plant HR Manager in Chisinau with relocation to Moldova.
The plant is located in Chisinau (Moldova). As one of the leading manufacturers in Moldova, we are the main supplier of glass packaging for the domestic food and beverages industry.

Key tasks
- General management of all HR functions
- Develop employee experience, including satisfaction survey, enhance alignment with corporate culture
- Organizational design, including grading system, job profiles analysis
- Implement and control complete and accurate employee data to the HRIS system
- Develop performance management system and succession planning
- In partnership with HRD Ukraine, Moldova, Romania to develop and implement compensation and benefits system
- Annual workforce planning and budgeting
- Develop, update and implement company policies and guidelines
- Participation in all HR projects
The profile
- University degree
- 5+ years of successful experience in HR Management
- Successful experience in production will be +
- Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors
- English level B1/upper intermediate
- Solution-oriented, reliable, flexible and great team player
- Able to work proactively and in structured manner
