System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining systems, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and highly interested in the financial markets industry.

Responsibilities

• Selection, procurement, preparation, and configuration of hardware and equipment

• Onboarding and offboarding of employees (account creation, access provisioning, equipment handover or shipment, account deactivation)

• Providing efficient technical support to users

• Administration of internal services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zoom, etc.): managing structure, user accounts, groups, and security policies

• Organization and oversight of IAM (Identity & Access Management) — unified approach to roles and permissions

• Research, testing, and implementation of new tools and services

• Administration of office and virtual networks

• Configuration and support of corporate VPN infrastructure

• Setting up MFA, implementing Zero Trust principles, and monitoring security risks

• Participation in the development and enforcement of IT security policies

• Maintenance of IT asset inventory (hardware, licenses, subscriptions)

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a System Administrator

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration

• Experience working with Slack

• Experience with Atlassian applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Experience supporting VoIP systems

• Proficient in MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with backup systems and antivirus software

• Solid understanding of network security, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems
