We are looking for an IT manager to join our team.
A modern, foreign, and ambitious company that is actively developing is looking for an IT manager! If you have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, know how to work with contractors, and interact with the management team, this is the job for you!
Requirements:
Technical expertise:
- Deep understanding of modern IT technologies, network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and data management.
- Experience with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco and others.
- Knowledge of software licensing, in particular Microsoft products.
Experience:
- Previous experience in IT management or IT leadership positions .
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, including configuration, support and optimization.
- Knowledge and work with Check Point Firewall solutions (network security configuration, firewall management, etc.).
- Experience with Unifi, Aruba networking equipment (including setting up Wi-Fi infrastructure and network management).
Communication skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, team and management.
Management skills:
- Experience in planning IT projects, managing budgets, and monitoring task performance.
Languages:
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Responsibilities:
- Control of the IT infrastructure:
- Ensure proper operation of systems, servers, network equipment and software.
Work with contractors:
- Coordinating and interacting with external IT vendors and service companies.
Project management:
- Planning, implementing and monitoring IT projects.
Reporting to management:
- Prepare regular reports on IT project status, budgets, and performance.
Cybersecurity:
- Ensure compliance with security policies and implement measures to protect corporate data.
User support:
- Coordinate technical support for company employees and quickly resolve critical requests.
