About Us
- Email Management: Sort incoming emails, prioritize important messages, and respond promptly to critical emails.
- Team Communication: Assist with urgent tasks, and prepare documents, invoices, and reports.
- Financial Operations: Prepare bank payments to suppliers and contractors, replying to banks enquiries.
- Accounting Reporting: Work with systems like Xero and Baselinker, and organize eBay reports.
- TikTok Shop Management: Oversee content, manage orders, and support customers.
- eBay Shop Management: Monitor sales and handle customer communications.
- Taxually Operations (automated European VAT): Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and prepare tax payments in the UK, DE, FR, IT, CZ, and PL.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Communicate and coordinate with accountants and VAT services regarding financial matters.
- Compliance: EPR reporting within electronic system
Experience & Skills:
- High capacity, proactive mindset, ability to handle large volumes of information, multitasking
- Excellent accounting and administration, problem solving skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Proficient with electronic systems such as Excel, Xero, Baselinker
- Ability to address issues calmly and rationally.
- English at an Intermediate level or higher for effective communication with international partners.
