SmartSenders.ai is on the lookout for a data-driven and strategic SMS Marketing Manager to join our young and dynamic team. If you have experience in high-volume SMS campaigns, love data-driven optimization, and want to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role is for you.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SMS marketing strategies to drive engagement & retention
- Leverage customer data and segmentation to create relevant, personalized SMS content.
- Ensure proper use of shortcodes and longcodes based on campaign needs, regulatory guidelines, and audience targeting
- Analyze performance data and conduct A/B testing for campaign effectiveness
Coordinate SMS with other marketing channels for seamless customer journeys
- Identify opportunities to integrate SMS into customer journey flows to increase engagement and LTV.
- Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and industry best practices
- Regularly review the competitive landscape and adjust strategies to remain innovative and compliant. - What you can bring:
- 3+ years of experience in SMS marketing (U.S. market experience required)
- Hands-on experience managing shortcodes & longcodes
- Familiarity with SMS platforms, customer segmentation, and journey planning
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach, proficiency with Excel
- Excellent project management and communication skills, background in customer engagement, loyalty programs, or referral marketing.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and/or customer data platforms (CDPs).
