Digital Marketing Specialist
Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for consumers retention in digital channels, including CRM and Telegram. This role involves developing and implementing a yearly media plan for send outs, creating and maintaining engagement flows, and working with agencies and global teams to create assets. The executive will also communicate with consumers via Telegram bot and analyse the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure retention of consumers in digital channels such as CRM and Telegram.
- Develop a yearly media plan for send outs, ensuring consistency in segment communication.
- Implement the media plan strategy across different channels, including SMS and Telegram.
- Create engagement flows for Telegram to retain users and prevent unsubscribing.
- Maintain existing engagement flows and add new relevant content to keep consumers interested in the channel.
- Work with agencies and the global team to create assets for send outs.
- Communicate with consumers via Telegram bot and respond to possible questions.
- Analyse the effectiveness of communication efforts, including open rates (OR) and click-through rates (CTR).
- Create assets via different design software like Figma
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in digital communication and CRM.
- Strong understanding of Telegram and SMS marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyse data and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with design software (Figma, Canva)
