SDR / Sales Development Representative / Leadgen

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Advanced Lead-generator to join our team. If you’re passionate about sales, client communication, and helping businesses achieve their goals, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
We believe professionalism comes from complete immersion in the process. That’s why our Lead Generation team handles client search, and your role will be to:
- Keep track of the lead status and progress in the CRM system to ensure an efficient sales pipeline;
- Conduct preliminary research on potential clients, gathering information about their companies and assessing their potential;
- Identify the client’s needs and effectively communicate the value of our design services;
- Qualify leads and schedule calls with the sales manager for those who match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR experience is a plus);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong research and analytical skills to assess potential clients;
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of our services;
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is preferred;
- A positive attitude and a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
