Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to set priorities in stressful situations, identify problems and minimize them.
- Provide customer support via email and phone calls.
- Timely provision of feedback for the client.
- Taking calls and solving problems in the delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- English skills — B2, С1, С2.
- Excellent organizational/communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem solving.
- Multitasking.
- Initiative.
