Responsibilities:
- Sell IT services to clients on Upwork
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to successfully close deals and assist in preparing and presenting commercial offers to potential customers
- Manage the lead flow from initial contact to closing
- Generate ideas to improve sales processes
- Maintain documentation and customer information in the CRM system
- Develop and nurture partnerships for long-term success
- Work on a flexible schedule (be available to respond to clients in the evening and on weekends)
Requirements:
- Experience with Upwork at least 1+ years
- Advanced English
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as Google documents and HubSpot
