Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the airline's flight safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to promote a culture of safety across the organization.
- Analyze safety data and incidents to identify trends and implement corrective measures.
- Lead training programs and initiatives to enhance safety awareness among staff.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and industry organizations regarding flight safety matters.
- Prepare and present safety reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation safety management.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
