Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO
Schedule and arrange meetings/ conference calls
Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling
Monitor all CEO’s incoming emails and direct them appropriately
Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations
Reserve venues for the meetings
Make travel arrangements and reports
Perform as a liaison between the employer and employees from all the departments
Prepare facilities for scheduled events
Order and receive office equipment
Run various business errands
Main Requirements:
University Degree
Fluent English is a must Oral / Written / Spoken
- Knowledge of Portuguese will be a big plus
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential/private information Flexibility and adaptability
Tact and diplomacy
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask
Strong social skills
Sense of humor
Proven experience working as a personal assistant is an advantage
