Sales Manager (Remote) – Upholstery Cleaning Services
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to handle incoming leads (calls and chats) and convert them into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls and chats.
- Use CRM to log interactions and update customer details.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Meet sales targets for revenue and conversions.
- Track payments and manage outstanding balances.
- Follow schedule and complete daily reports.
- Suggest improvements to sales scripts and processes.
Compensation:
- Base salary + performance-based bonuses (% of sales). Starts at $800-$1500
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English.
- 1+ years of sales experience in English.
- Proficiency with CRM and telephony tools.
- Availability to work 9 AM – 6 PM ET (Eastern Time Zone).
