 What You Will Do:

• Developing the HR brand – both existing and from scratch, shaping its strategy and image.

• Creating an HR Brand Book – to ensure the team and candidates understand the uniqueness of our company.

• Analyzing the effectiveness of activities – not just generating ideas, but measuring their impact.

• Conducting market and competitor research – staying one step ahead.

• Preparing textual and visual materials – working with copywriters, designers, and motion designers.

• Analyzing the target audience and adjusting the job promotion strategy.

• Formulating the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) – creating a unique offering for candidates.

• Managing owned media – website, social media, channels, newsletters (developing briefs, content plans, collaborating with designers).

• Leading a small brand team (2-3 people) – coordinating the work of specialists, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration.

 What We Expect from You:

• Experience in HR branding or marketing for at least 2 years.

• A portfolio of completed projects – we’re interested in what you have already created.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level 

• Strong computer skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Independence, responsibility, and the ability to multitask.

• Experience in task planning and coordination.
