Функціональні обов’язки:
Medical Expertise & Scientific Communication
- Provide medical and scientific support to internal teams, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Develop and deliver scientific presentations, training, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy.
- Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal departments.
Stakeholder Engagement & KOL Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and healthcare institutions.
- Participate in and support medical conferences, advisory boards, and expert meetings.
- Organize and facilitate scientific discussions, medical roundtables, and symposia.
Clinical & Medical Projects
- Collaborate with regulatory and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure compliance with local and international guidelines.
- Support medical education initiatives and disease awareness campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure medical alignment in strategic plans.
- Support the development of training programs for field force teams.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and medical needs to shape business strategies.
Вимоги:
- Medical degree (MD, PharmD, or equivalent in life sciences).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical affairs role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience in CNS, gastroenterology, or microbiota-related therapeutic areas is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong medical and scientific knowledge with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Excellent presentation, training, and scientific writing skills.
- Experience in engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High ethical standards and compliance orientation.
