SEM Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced SEM Specialist with expertise in running Google Ads campaigns to join our Global Marketing Team. As an SEM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving online traffic, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing conversions for our clients through effective search engine marketing strategies.

The Tapflo Group is an independent, Swedish, family owned, manufacturer and global supplier of air operated diaphragm pumps, centrifugal pumps, and other industrial processing equipment. 

The company was founded in Kungalv, Sweden in1980 and has since then been working with design and manufacture of thermoplastic, metal and sanitary series diaphragm pumps and also with complete range of centrifugal pumps and industrial equipment. After years of dynamic development the company evolved into Tapflo Group with own companies and independent distributors in more than 75 countries spread over the world on 6 continents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies, focusing on Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize ad campaigns for maximum performance.
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy creation, keyword optimization, and bid management.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization techniques.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in search engine algorithms, and new PPC advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with the rest of marketing team to align SEM efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in running successful Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving targeted results.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with clients.
