ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.
Our clients include People.ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.
We’re looking for a Linkbuilder to join our marketing team and grow with us!
What we’re looking for:
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (strong written and spoken skills).
- Experience: At least 1+ years as an Outreach Specialist or Linkbuilder.
- Outreach Expertise: Skilled in outreach and link insertion.
- Backlink Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-quality backlinks—where to find them and how to secure them.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities.
- Tools and Networks: Proficiency with Ahrefs or similar tools and an existing network of US webmasters are strong advantages.
- SEO Basics: Foundational understanding of SEO principles.
What you`ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the SEO strategist to plan and execute effective outreach campaigns.
- Identify and engage with high-quality donors for link placements.
- Negotiate, verify, and monitor link placements to ensure quality.
- Handle link removal negotiations when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
