Finance manager - IT Copmany
Our Client – the large Ukrainian IT company, a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. Company creates, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of company. Due to the expansion of activities is looking for a Finance manager.
Pay attention, please that we are considering candidates who are located in Kyiv and are able to visit the office.
Main objectives:
Management accounting for software development costs (per customer, per system and per project),
budgeting and variance analysis. Support in ROI analysis.
The candidate will take over the following tasks:
- Set up transparent, accurate and flexible cost accounting system:
- Set up and continuously maintain the classification of projects/tasks/teams for analytical purposes;
- Establish control points to guarantee that new any epics and tasks are created according to the classification;
- Control accuracy of time recording by personnel into appropriate codes;
- Control completeness of monthly cost allocation.
2. Billing:
- Organize monthly billing to customers by projects.
3. Budgeting, analysis and reporting:
- Prepare annual budget detailed by teams, systems, projects, customers (in monetary and hourly terms);
- Conduct monthly variance analysis (by teams, systems, customers, projects)
- Prepare monthly reports for CFO and Supervisory Board in a timely manner.
4. ROI analysis for IT development projects:
In cooperation with the CFO team organize AB-tests to determine economic effects of specific IT development projects
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of working experience in positions: Finance business partner, management accounting specialist or financial controller in software development IT company.
2. Working experience with:
- time / cost accounting in IT company
- budgeting and variance analysis
- reporting on actual versus budgeted results.
3. Education: Economic / finance education, international university degree or qualification would be a plus
4. Languages: Fluent: Ukrainian, good command of English would be a plus
5. PC skills: Advanced user of MS Excel (ability to quickly and accurately work with high volumes of data). Jira would be a benefit
