Responsibilities:
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting to identify and engage potential leads in the IT industry
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Maintain and update lead databases in CRM systems
- Research and analyze market trends to improve outreach strategies
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts
- Report on outreach activities and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to learn—no prior experience required!
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus
