As the Lead Validation Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a list of cold leads, validating contacts, working with prospects in the CRM system, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with lead generation contractors and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of lead generation activities to management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in lead generation/prospecting
  • Experienced user of Partnership Management Platforms and CRM systems, mass mail software, MS Office (Excel)
  • Experience working with tools and platforms like Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, Modash, Influencity, Outreach.io, and equivalents would be a plus
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills suited to working in hybrid, diverse and inclusive teams
  • Advanced English, and knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Spanish) would be a plus
  • Interest in the photo industry and familiarity with photo and AI technologies would be a plus
  • Being result-oriented, proactive, hard-working, attentive, and responsible.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads according to the company’s ICP criteria for Skylum’s products;
  • Qualify high volumes of prospects
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement lead generation strategies, improve search methods and tools
  • Work closely with the team to achieve common goals
  • Work closely with lead generation contractors
  • Provide regular reports to the team.
  • Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database, structure the documentation.
  • Prepare and launch outreach campaigns for Skylum’s products.
