We at AIR Media-Tech are looking for a Happiness Manager to join our HR team!
This role is perfect for a multifunctional communication expert who combines the skills of SMM, event management, PR, and office management. As a Happiness Manager, you will be the driving force behind initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, strengthening company culture, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
What Will You Be Doing?Internal Communication & Company Culture:
- Develop and implement a strategy for internal communications (tailored to a remote-first environment).
- Manage SMM for internal communication—craft engaging posts, create captivating content, and build an interactive internal community.
- Maintain a positive perception of the company by sharing its culture, values, and opportunities with employees.
- Showcase the value of each team member (interviews, employee spotlights, celebrations).
Employee Engagement, Motivation & Event Management:
- Launch initiatives and events that boost employee motivation and loyalty.
- Organize team-building activities, challenges, corporate events, and holiday celebrations—both online and offline.
- Coordinate corporate gatherings—from educational webinars to informal get-togethers.
- Strengthen inter-team communication and facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees.
Administration & Internal Project Management:
- Manage corporate communication channels (Facebook groups, Slack channels, etc.).
- Oversee the corporate library.
- Organize corporate English courses, speaking clubs, and sports activities.
- Arrange online/offline lectures and workshops.
- Handle corporate gifts and recognition programs.
- Be the "soul" of the office, ensuring smooth coordination of in-person events and employee well-being.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Based in Kyiv (occasional office visits required).
- Experience in communications, SMM, or PR (ability to manage social media and create engaging content).
- Experience in event management (planning and executing internal events, both online and offline).
- Content creation skills (writing internal posts, articles, and corporate updates).
- Experience in employer branding & internal communication projects.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp (preferred) and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken).
