Position: Personal Assistant / Administrative Coordinator (remote with travel)
Employment type: Full-time, remote (with possible travel)
Location: Remote (with travel within the UK or overseas as required)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible and proactive person for the position of Personal Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support the company director in daily activities, as well as to participate in various areas of the business - such as HR, marketing, communications, planning (including travel and finance) and general coordination.

This role is key to ensuring the company's efficient operations, internal and external communication, and high-level administrative support.

Main responsibilities As a personal assistant

  • Managing the director's schedule, meetings, and calendar

  • Travel planning and coordination (tickets, accommodation, logistics)

  • Assistance in financial accounting (expenses, checks, reports)

  • Writing notes, meeting summaries, and emails

  • Representation of the director in internal and external communication

  • Handling confidential information with utmost care

  • Support in personal and business tasks

Administrative and business support

  • Participation in internal company processes: HR, marketing, communications

  • Organization of meetings, events, trainings and logistics support

  • Documentation management (digital and physical), deadline control

  • Support for daily operations (communication with suppliers, partners, services)

  • Participation in basic financial processes (invoices, payments, reporting)

  • Coordination and control of tasks and projects

  • Preparation of content, presentations and internal materials for communication

Preferably, but not required

  • Experience working as a personal assistant, administrator or coordinator

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently

  • Basic level of English (oral and written communication)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Attention to detail, responsibility, professionalism

  • Willingness to travel periodically

Training and support are provided. Willingness to learn and proactivity are more important than previous experience.
