Sales Support Specialist
Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of Sales Support Specialist in Kyiv.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monthly partner's bonuses calculation
- marketing promo activity evidence collection and audit
- marketing compensation calculation
- accounting and legal documents preparation
- promo application, created by business team check
- reports preparation by internal and external audit requests
- Analysis and audit of customers data
- Providing statistics and analysis reports by management requests
What we need for this role:
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- B1-B2 spoken English is a must;
- 3+ year of relevant experience (Accountant, Sales Assistant, Sales Support, Cost Controller)
- Areas: electronics, FMCG, IT
- Excel above average
- Degree in accounting, internal audit, sales support, marketing

- A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
- The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
- Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effected
- The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
