Hicell is looking for a professional Sales Account Manager in A2P SMS, worldwide.

HQ Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Office work is not required

Work format: Remote

Candidate location: No location restrictions


Duties & Responsibilities 

 

  • Serve as the point of contact for all assigned customer accounts 

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts 

  • Search for new customers 

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships 

  • Ensure effective customer service delivery and satisfaction 

  • Investigate customer complaints, provide feedback, and resolution 

  • Create reporting and ensure the accuracy of all customer reports 

  • Negotiate the fee structure with all customers when necessary. 

  • Responsibility to capture and manage all customer communication via communication tools. 

  • Identify new upsell & cross-sell opportunities into existing accounts 

  • Sell quality routes provided by the procurement & routing team 

  • Ask and create new sales opportunities in existing accounts 

  • Drive sales account management best practices to create a high-performance team 

  • Working closely with the routing team to provide feedback on route quality and new coverage requirements. 

  • Working closely with finance in managing all financial aspects of customer accounts


Key requirements:


  • Important: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role, responsible for the sales of sms marketing traffic in international A2P messaging
  • Experience in preparing price proposals, negotiating terms & contract management
  • Demonstrable success in managing accounts
  • Demonstrable experience in building strong customer relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Hands on experience in sales and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
