Hicell is looking for a professional Sales Account Manager in A2P SMS, worldwide.
HQ Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Office work is not required

Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for all assigned customer accounts
Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
Search for new customers
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Ensure effective customer service delivery and satisfaction
Investigate customer complaints, provide feedback, and resolution
Create reporting and ensure the accuracy of all customer reports
Negotiate the fee structure with all customers when necessary.
Responsibility to capture and manage all customer communication via communication tools.
Identify new upsell & cross-sell opportunities into existing accounts
Sell quality routes provided by the procurement & routing team
Ask and create new sales opportunities in existing accounts
Drive sales account management best practices to create a high-performance team
Working closely with the routing team to provide feedback on route quality and new coverage requirements.
Working closely with finance in managing all financial aspects of customer accounts
Key requirements:
- Important: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role, responsible for the sales of sms marketing traffic in international A2P messaging
- Experience in preparing price proposals, negotiating terms & contract management
- Demonstrable success in managing accounts
- Demonstrable experience in building strong customer relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Hands on experience in sales and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
