Social Media and Community Manager
We’re seeking a full-time, tech-savvy Social Media & Community Manager with excellent English skills from Ukraine to manage our live streams and online communities and repurpose content. You’ll moderate chats, create engaging clips, and optimize content across multiple platforms.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Twitch.tv Livestreams (Gaming)
Every Tuesday, from 09:00 to 12:00 German time, watch the gaming stream on Twitch.tv, moderate the chat, engage with viewers, and create clips for social media.
Generate ChatGPT prompts for social media metadata.
Use StreamLadder to create short-form videos from clips and AgoraPulse for scheduling.
- YouTube – Main Channel (Crypto & Passive Income)
Every Monday to Friday, 16:30 to 17:00 German time, watch "Comment Chaos Live" stream on YouTube, moderate the chat, share affiliate links, and create clips.
Post-stream tasks include replying to comments via AgoraPulse, transcript proofreading, metadata optimization using ChatGPT, and thumbnail creation with Adobe Photoshop.
Repurpose clips for short-form content across social media.
- YouTube – Popular Investor Channel (Trading & Investing)
Every Monday to Friday (when US markets are open), 15:25 to 16:00 German time, watch "Daily Market Mastery" live stream on YouTube, moderate the chat, share affiliate links, and engage with the community.
Track predictions in a shared spreadsheet; manage transcript tasks, metadata creation, and thumbnail design.
Create and schedule short-form videos for social media.
- Discord & Other Platforms
Moderate and engage in our Discord community.
Create email updates, stream summaries, and monthly newsletters.
- Propose ideas to grow our channels, Discord community, and email lists.
Required Tools: Discord, Toggl Track, Dropbox, AgoraPulse, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, StreamLadder, Twitch, YouTube.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have upper-intermediate or advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
- Demonstrate critical thinking — we need someone who can evaluate tasks, not just execute them unthinkingly.
- Show a willingness to learn and find the best approaches to complete assignments.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere, experience in working with social media scheduling tools
- Bonus points for the experience in working with YouTube.
